All of our professional development activities, online or on site, come with six months of support. This simply means that you can call or email us anytime for up to six months after the course has been taken with questions you may have on the course topic or the implementation of the course knowledge. We do this because we recognize that some of the most important questions come up, not during the instruction itself, but as you begin implementing what you have learned in the classroom.
In a similar manner, our website design and installation services also come with six months of support. This includes not only questions about the use of the website software, but also includes any patches or updates to the software that may be released during that time. We believe that the greatest need for support comes during those first six months.
After your website has been up and running for six months, you might want to consider purchasing ongoing maintenance and support services from us. For a low monthly fee, we will continue to be available to answer questions about your site and we will apply patches and updates as they are released. Our support and maintenance services are provided on a month-to-month basis and can be terminated by you at anytime. We do not lock you into long term contracts, but provide our services for only as long as you need them.
